Express Delivery Pass – 12 Months

• This is a prioritised, faster delivery service — not a guaranteed next-day delivery.
• Orders must meet the free delivery threshold to qualify for free express shipping (threshold subject to change).
• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• UK mainland only. Excludes Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and BFPO addresses.
• Does not apply to pallet deliveries (250kg+).
• You must be logged into your customer account. Simply select Standard Delivery at checkout — your express upgrade will be applied automatically.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier or external factors beyond our control.

1. The Service

1. The Express Delivery Pass provides unlimited express delivery benefits on eligible orders for a one-off fee of £20.
2. The pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. It applies only to orders placed on our official website.
4. Orders must meet the applicable free delivery threshold of £35 to receive free express shipping.

2. Eligibility & Exclusions

1. Available to UK customers aged 18+ with a registered Busy Beans account.
2. Valid for UK mainland addresses only. Excludes Scottish Highlands, BT, JE, GY, IM postcodes and BFPO addresses.
3. Certain oversized, heavy, restricted or specialist products may be excluded and will be indicated where applicable.

3. Payment & Duration

1. The £20 fee is payable upfront for the full 12-month period.
2. The pass becomes active once payment is confirmed.
3. It does not automatically renew. We will contact you before expiry with renewal options.

4. Using the Pass

1. You must be logged into your customer account. Simply select Standard Delivery at checkout — your order will automatically be upgraded to express shipping as part of your pass benefit.
2. All orders remain subject to stock availability.
3. Orders must be placed before the daily cut-off time stated on our website.
4. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather, transport disruptions or other external circumstances.

5. Fair Use Policy

1. The pass is intended for personal use only and must not be used for resale, wholesale or commercial activity.
2. Excessive or abnormal usage may be reviewed.
3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the pass without refund in cases of misuse or breach of our Terms.
4. Account sharing outside your household is strictly prohibited.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

1. You may cancel within 14 days of purchase (Cooling-Off Period).
   
   If unused, you will receive a full refund.
   If used, standard express delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
   
   
2. After 14 days, the pass is non-refundable.
3. Cancellation requests must be made via our Customer Service team.

7. Liability

1. Our total liability is limited to the £20 subscription fee.
2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
3. Nothing limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

8. Changes to the Service

1. We may update these Terms or modify the service where necessary.
2. Significant changes will be communicated by email.
3. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
