Returns & Refunds Policy

 

Returns

Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.

Condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

Damaged Orders: While we take great care in packing each order, there may be instances where a package sustains damage during transit to your address. If your items arrive in unacceptable condition, please refuse the delivery and reach out to us so we can address the issue. If you cannot refuse the delivery and your items are not in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receiving them. To request a replacement or refund, you will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage or return the damaged item.

Claiming Process: To start the claiming process for a return, please provide a clean image of the shipment label showing the name and parcel number. Additionally, include images of any damaged parts of the box or items. To ensure a smooth claiming process, please do not remove any paper or bubble protector from the box when taking pictures. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We are unable to refund the shipping costs incurred for returns made by you. Once we confirm the items are damaged or defective, we will send you a prepaid postage label via email in response to your request. Instructions for prepaid labels will vary based on the situation and customer location.

 

Refunds

Process: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your return. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Postage Costs: We will cover the postage costs for returning damaged or defective items.
