Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, plus extra for garnish
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee or 1 shot of espresso
Instructions:

Warm Milk Mixture
In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk together milk, pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, and maple syrup. Heat until warm (but don’t boil), stirring occasionally. -
Add Vanilla and Froth
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Use a milk frother or whisk vigorously to create foam. -
Assemble the Latte
Pour hot coffee or espresso into a mug. Top with the warm, spiced milk mixture. -
Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle a pinch of pumpkin pie spice on top, and enjoy warm!
