Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (optional, for added warmth)

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. -
Prepare Chickpeas
Pat chickpeas dry with a paper towel. Place them in a mixing bowl and toss with olive oil, salt, and cinnamon if using. -
Roast Chickpeas
Spread chickpeas in an even layer on the baking sheet. Roast for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy. -
Add Honey and Sesame
Remove chickpeas from the oven and drizzle with honey. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top, then toss to coat. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes to let the honey caramelize slightly. -
Cool and Serve
Let chickpeas cool before serving; they’ll get crunchier as they cool. Enjoy as a snack or salad topping!
