Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp beetroot powder (or 2 tbsp beetroot juice)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)

Heat the Milk
In a small saucepan, combine almond milk and water. Heat over medium heat until warm (but not boiling). -
Mix in Ingredients
Whisk in beetroot powder (or juice), vanilla extract, maple syrup, and cinnamon if using. Continue whisking until fully blended and frothy. -
Serve
Pour into a mug and serve warm. For extra froth, you can use a milk frother or blend the mixture before serving.
