- ½ cup shredded coconut flakes (plus extra for rolling)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave (optional, for sweetness)

In a large bowl, combine almond butter, rolled oats, chopped dates, dried fruit, flax seeds, hemp seeds, and shredded coconut. Add maple syrup if desired. -
