Ingredients:
For the Filling:
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin purée
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made 9-inch pie crust (or homemade)

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). -
Prepare the Filling
In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin purée, brown sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and salt until smooth and well combined. -
Assemble the Pie
Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish, pressing it gently into place. Pour the pumpkin filling into the crust. -
Bake
Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the filling is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. If the crust edges begin to brown too quickly, cover them with foil halfway through baking. -
Cool and Serve
Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing. Serve with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice if desired.
