Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for serving
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- Salt, to taste
- 2–4 tbsp cold water
- Paprika and chopped parsley, for garnish

Blend Base Ingredients
In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, and a pinch of salt. Process until the mixture is smooth. -
Adjust Consistency
With the processor running, add cold water 1 tablespoon at a time until the hummus reaches your desired creamy texture. -
Serve
Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with a little olive oil, and garnish with paprika and parsley.
